On Saturday Oct. 10th Erin, Delphia and myself went to Gardner Village and visited the witches who had seemed to be taking over the village. Witches were everywhere. This is something the witches do every year is come to visit Gardner Village. Because it was a Saturday they were very busy. They had a page that you could copy off of the Gardner Village Website for children to find about 12 of the many witches there. It was very crowded and so we just looked and Delphia really enjoyed herself. It was fun, but I hate all the crowds. Then on Tuesday, Oct. 13th I went with Ashley, Ruby and Emma. It was way less crowded with people, still busy, but bearable. We got some cute pictures and the weather was windy, but pleasant. The girls found all the witches on the sheet Ashley had printed out and so upon finding them you could go to the Naborhood Bakery and get a chocolate chip cookie for 25 cents. The girls loved it and as we sat at the table outside to eat Ruby was just enjoying her cookie and didn't want to leave until it was completely finished. We had a fun day together and I enjoyed have Ashley and the girls over. We don't get to do that very often and so it was a delight! Fall is such a fun season and it is one of my favorites!
