Cute picture of Braxton!

It has been fun doing digital pictures the past couple of days. I wish I could learn to do my own digital images. It would be fun. Maybe there is a class I could take out there somewhere. Braxton is such a cute little guy. He is so cuddly and sweet. I just love him. Babies are just so much fun.

I saw this cute photo of Doug and Lisa's three kids and had to do a digi photo of them. They are all growing up so fast. I love family. They are the best!!!

A New Primary Song That I Love!

A couple of weeks ago my little grand-daughters were singing a new song for me that they are learning in primary. Both of my daughters are in primary. Ashley is the chorister in her ward and Erin is a primary teacher and does Activity days with the 8 to 11 year old girls. So my daughters know this song and are helping their children to learn it. It is called, "If I Listen With My Heart". I love hearing them sing it. It is a beautiful song. I had to substitute in primary a week ago and they were learning it in our primary that day. I learned the first verse and fell in love with this song. I love the primary songs. I especially love hearing my granchildren sing. They are sweet little angels. Maybe one of these days they will put me back into the primary. It would be fun to be there again. Thanks Erin and Ashley for being such good mama's and singing with your children. Music helps bring the spirit and I hope my grandchildren will learn to know and feel the spirit through beautiful music as I do.

Little Braxton! I know these pictures are a bit old. He is now four months old. Amazing!

Sweet little Chloe! She is such a little cutie. When she comes to my home she always says, "Grandma will you come and play with me." Then she takes me by the hand and we go pic a game and play it, or we color together, or read a story. I like the title to this page because most three year olds have guardian angels and their job is not an easy one. These little ones can be very busy little people. Being a grandma is like being a guardian angel too! You never stop loving these little ones. They are so precious!

I love this cute picture of Greg and Alexis. Such a cute couple. Now they have a sweet little daughter and a new baby on the way. I can't believe that they have been married for going on almost 2 years. Time sure flies!

Pillow case frenzy!

I finally got the queen size bed in Spencer's room moved down stairs to my craft room. I think I might just leave it there for the guest room. I moved my sewing machine and a couple of tables upstairs in the green room. I had bought material to make 4 sets of pillow cases and 1 single one before Christmas, but had nowhere to sew. So today I sewed up a set and it turned out "sew"
cute! I got the rest of the material ready and will be sewing the rest of them sometime this week. It is nice to have a room to sew in. Love it! I will post pictures of some of the pillow cases when they are done.

My bedroom is all done and I love it too! Soooo nice to be back in my room after being out of it for a month. It was worth it. I love my new carpet. It is thick and luxurious, so nice for the feet! We will be tearing the sheet rock down in the other two bedrooms in May or June. Not really looking forward to the mess, but it needs to be done. So until then I will enjoy the room to sew in. Maybe I will be more motivated to sew with have a room to leave things set up in. Fun! Fun! Fun! Have a good one everybody!

Grandma Cook's 82nd Birthday!

Wow! Can you believe that Grandma is a wonderful 82 golden years old. She is amazing! We met with some of Lyndon's brothers and sisters in Tremonton yesterday. Grandma is staying with Danna and is well cared for there. We took a book case up to her for a late Christmas gift and a birthday gift. She loved it. Some of the guys carried in some of her books and helped her put them on her shelf. I think she was pretty happy about it. We all went to lunch at a mexican restaurant in Tremonton and had a good time visiting.

We sure love grandma. She is a great lady and such a good example to her whole family. She is so cute with all the great-grandchildren and loves when they come to visit. They all love her too!
It was a fun day and so glad we got to celebrate with her. We hope that she has many more happy years to come.
